Term

The client has the right at any moment to terminate this agreement as well but is required to send consent to First Trust Lending, Inc. before they do so.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, exclusive of its provisions on conflicts of laws.
